I understand that you can download mids to your keyboard and place them in 65-69 on keyboard. My question is...can they be removed so you can add different ones???

Yes this is automatic - as long as you set the song on the keyboard to whichever one you want the new one ( eg song 65 ) it will overwroite that one if there is one there alread
